Pre-Season 3 NPCs

"Neutral" in Montezuma 

Shell Dorado 

• A Male Tortle Gunslinger, Shell Dorado adopted a new life style after leaving behind his hengeyokai caravan. After a brief stint as a bounty hunter and wanderer, Shell Dorado settled down as the sheriff of the town "Neutral". Shell Dorado has a strange magical creature (Gorgon) that roams outside of town; a metal bull that breathes green petrifying gas.

Lieutenant Tug (Giff)

• A Male Giff Mercenary, Lieutenant Tug and his men regularly stay in "Neutral" in-between missions. Tug had been hired by an unknown source to capture Ganymede and bring him back alive. Tug had negotiated with the Dungeon Divers, but was defeated by Kara. He lost a few men, but kept his own life when he tactically retreated. 

Kara Jaegar aka Kembu Hiryuu

• A Female Human Samurai, Kara Hiryuu is a wandering swordsman of an ancient hengeyokai dragon style. 
• Kara is traveling the world; completing various tasks. 
• Kara assisted the Dungeon Divers in locating Angel and rescuing Ganymede. 
• Kara made an enemy out of Lieutenant Tug. 
• Kara is an associate of Angel.
• Kara is an associate of Ganymede. 
• She is a former Runner under the Watchdog and an original PC from Campaign 1. 

Ganymede aka Prometheus 

• A Male Human Sorcerer, Ganymede is an information broker who travels the world seeking new knowledge while drinking away his guilt. 
• Ganymede is a former NPC from Campaign 1. 
• Ganymede formerly worked as a spy and informant on behalf of Genesis' ROGUE. 
• Ganymede belonged to the same graduating class of Leonhardt Nacht. 
• Ganymede's conscience got the better of him towards the end of his career; he created 'Pandora's Box' which was a black box of sensitive intelligence focused around the Black Ops group 'The Olympians'. 
• Ganymede had been convinced by Setter Blackpaw to turn Pandora's Box in turn for a new identity; an identity that Ganymede has largely squandered. 
• Ganymede primarily works for the Watchdog, but is known to take on other clients. 
• Ganymede is wanted by Genesis; having been hunted by Lieutenant Tug and his men. 

Angel Mauer 

• A Female Deva Combat Medic, Angel Mauer is a former Genesis Soldier in Montezuma on 'business'. 
• Angel is traveling the world; searching old tombs for information. 
• Angel assisted the Dungeon Divers by providing Selks with a recipe that combines science and divinity to cure supernatural curses. 
• Angel provided a book on philosophy to Setis and extended an offer for the woman to meet her in her practice in Babylon. 
• Angel is an associate of Kara. 
• Angel is an associate of Ganymede.
• She is a former Runner under the Watchdog and an original PC from Campaign 1. 

Abril Sand

• A Female Halfling Barkeep, Abril was an orphan who fell into service of the Vargas Cartel Somehow, she managed to separate herself from the cartel and settled down in the town of "Neutral" much later in life. She has a good heart, but she has a fire and spunk to her - not one for taking someone's shit.
• She directed Selks to see Anna Safar for information on Angel Mauer. 
• Abril is friends with Anna. 

Anna Safar

• A Female Half-Elf Innkeep, Anna left the rat race in Babylon behind and quit her middle management executive job after being burnt out. She took out the money she saved and opened a bed and breakfast in the town of "Neutral". Anna is a nervous woman who works hard to appease others. 
• She directed Selks to Angel's room. 
• She directed Aurora to Ganymede's room. 
• Anna is friends with Abril. 

"Oni Caravan" in Ezra

Mei-Xing

• A Female Cat Hengeyokai Assassin, Mei-Xing has had a long lucrative career as an assassin in service of the Six Serpents. 
• She is a former Runner under the Watchdog and an original PC from Campaign 1. 
• Mei-Xing is based in the Oni Caravan. 
• Mei-Xing owns and runs the Apple Blossom Tea House. 
• Mei-Xing's servants are would-be assassins in training; all adopting similar androgynous features to help them with their disguises. 
• Mei-Xing offered to find a way for the Dungeon Divers to enter the Genesis Prison known as the "Country" to provide them with the chance to locate the dragonborn Nerva - in exchange for freeing another prisoner by the name of Roan Mitchell. 

Shiro

• A Male Oxen Hengeyokai Rickshaw Driver, Shiro is a quiet and easy-to-anger reckless taxi driver.  
• Shiro is based in the Oni Caravan. 
• Shiro is friends with Taro. 

Taro

• A Male Weasel Hengeyokai Tour Guide, Taro is a showman who services the Caravan in a civil duty of helping visitors find their way around the "city". 
• Taro is based in the Oni Caravan. 
• Taro is now known as Tour Guide to the Stars after cutting a deal with Aurora. 
• Taro possesses minor magical abilities. 
• Taro is friends with Shiro.

Storyteller's Dungeon

The Rose Court of Spring

• A facsimile of statues designed to mimic a fey court, Aoibie the Shining Queen was the groups first real challenge along with the statue-creating monsters that ttacked the group.

Rebecca von Sankt

• The personal chef of the Storyteller, Rebecca comes from a long line of adventurers that have fallen from wealth and fame. She suffered under the tutelage of the storyteller for a chance at the artifact her family has sought for generations: the Deck of Many Things.
  
• With Calubris' assistance, Rebecca gave the Deck of Many things another chance and drew the Wish card. Finally, she felt has if she had honored her family and completed her lifework.
  
• While contemplating what to do with her wishes, Rebecca took Aurora's offer to work as her personal chef in exchange for protection against the aggressive entity now seeking her life (a side effect of one of the deck's cards). 

Ghia

• A male spectator (a lesser beholder-kin), this creature serves as a "Monster Rancher" for the storyteller and helps to take care of the Storyteller's exotic monsters; raising and breeding them.
  
• The spectator offered a bounty to the group for alive monsters and dead monsters alike. 

The Flumphs

• A group of strange good-aligned aberration creatures, the Flumphs work in an alchemical sweat-shop for the Storyteller to provide him with magical goods. 

Ser Cornelius

• A male golden retriever wizard, this dog provided riddles and puzzles to the group in exchange for loot and information.
